A Little Bit About Us
Dorian Whitford founded No Leaks Plumbing LLC in 2023 after completing his apprenticeship program with Judson’s Plumbing and Evergreen Plumbing.
Dorian found plumbing by happenstance when in 2016 he walked through the door of a temp agency looking for work. Dorian was sent to work at a plumbing warehouse where he moved through the ranks as a warehouse worker, then as a laborer, and then as an apprentice. As his knowledge and experience grew, it came to his awareness that plumbing was a popular field amongst his relatives with a handful owning and operating plumbing companies in California, New York, and more. Dorian expresses that he feels like it runs in his family.
The name of the company was originally a nickname Dorian had in the fourth year of his apprenticeship studies in 2020. After his instructor said, “Everyone has a leak every once in a while,” and he raised his hand and said “I haven’t had a leak in the four years since I started.” Boisterous laughter broke out in the room, because it was believed to be a ridiculous statement. And so the No Leaks nickname was born. When Dorian started the company, he decided that would be his business name. It’s a nickname and also a guarantee.
Dorian has been plumbing for 8 years. No Leaks began with partnering with emergency restoration companies who mostly deal with house floods or pipe leaks that ruin homes. We would perform emergency repairs on the fly usually in crawl spaces where everything is ruined. Then with partners who would do the full replacements to the damaged spaces. As No Leaks grew it has also worked with local companies on remodels and floor covering.

Dorian Whitford
Dorian “No Leaks” Whitford is the Owner of No Leaks Plumbing. He has eight years of plumbing experience. If he could choose his own job title it would be Ruler of the World, but that’s because he enjoys House of the Dragon. He enjoys spending time with his daughters. Something quirky about Dorian is that he has the tendency to use obscure movie quotes in conversations. Dorian’s top achievements to date include full plumbing installation on a 48-unit apartment complex, replacing a large fire system backflow, and fully repiping North Albany Middle School’s locker rooms, science rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms. Including replacements of the grease interceptions, water mains, and drains. Dorian's favorite part of his job is diagnosing and fixing systems. Dorian holds hard work and honesty as his guiding principles.
His favorite author is Dave Ramsey. His favorite tv shows are Mad Men and True Detective. His favorite movies include Interstellar and V for Vendetta. His favorite music artists include Slayer, Lenny Kravitz, and Jay-Z.
Alex Zepeda
Alex Zepeda has been plumbing for four years. If he could choose his own job title it would be Plumbing Apprentice. In his free time Alex enjoys spending time with his family, coaching MMA/wrestling, and lifting weights. Alex’s top achievements include learning how to plumb, his time in the military, and raising great kids. His favorite television shows are How I Met Your Mother and Game of Thrones. His favorite music acts are Thee Sinseers, The Altons, and Aaron Frazer. Alex’s favorite part of his work is literally everything. Alex aspires to become a JP (?) and possibly start his own plumbing outfit or partnering up with a friend.
